Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children, creating a positive and nurturing environment.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s physical, emotional, and social development.
• Maintain effective communication with children, families, and fellow team members.
• Collaborate with other educators to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and the National Quality Framework (NQF).

Qualifications/Requirements:

• A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
• National Police Check.
• A solid understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
