About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse with Randstad, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to patients in diverse settings. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

• Assessing and monitoring patients' mental and physical health
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administering medication and treatments
• Providing education and support to patients and their families
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Ideal Candidate:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a mental health setting
• Experience in inpatient, community, children and adolescent, or AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) settings is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in various settings
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Australian/New Zealand resident
