About The Role

We are searching for an individual looking to join the sales team.

You will take a combination of primarily inbound sales calls with specific outbound phone call campaigns. You will be talking customers who have asked for a call or are calling up to have a discussion about their health insurance needs.

We are looking someone who is bubbly, personable and happy to talk to every customer like its their first and someone who has the resilience to carry on when a customer declines.

Duties:

• Taking inbound and outbound calls to customers who are enquiring about health insurance
• Have a strong product knowledge to answer any questions - product knowledge and service are the cornerstone of success in this role
• Convince customers that the health insurance on offer is in their best interests and they should purchase it

Skills & Experience

• A solid track record of delivering results
• Ability to bounce back after being told no from a customer
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
