MATERIAL PLANNER

Full time casual position based in the western Melbourne, commencing immediately, excellent pay rate with this multinational company.

Duties include material planning using MFG Pro (QAD) and detailed excel based plans

Duties Include:

• support supply plan as per demand and inventory targets
• assist in following up demand forecasts
• support site production planning and coordinate availability of raw materials and plant capacity
• ensure ongoing optimisation of local inventory levels in balance with required service levels
• Maintaining master data in MRP

You will also be required to request pricing for raw materials and raise purchase orders, for both local and overseas suppliers.

Comprehensive training specific to the business will be given on commencement.

To be successful you will have an excellent understanding of MFG Pro (QAD) manufacturing industry knowledge and excellent knowledge of demand planning.

Technical experience or education would be highly regarded along with MS office skills.
