About the Role

We’re looking for passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to our employer and insurer partners, helping individuals return to work and rebuild their confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases and collaborate with stakeholders
• Conduct face-to-face & remote assessments
• Run wellness programs & pre-employment assessments
• Attend case conferences & client meetings
• Deliver single services, assessments, and mental health programs
• Work collaboratively on joint cases with a multidisciplinary team
• Get involved in larger projects like injury prevention and job dictionaries

If you are a Rehab Counsellor or Psychologist, you'll also have the opportunity to team up with our new sister company, delivering psychological counselling, EAP support, and critical incident response—so you can keep your clinical skills sharp while making a real impact!

About You

You’re a Rehabilitation Consultant who thrives on making a difference. You’re a natural communicator, great at building relationships, and driven to help people get back on track.
