About the role

As a Machine Operator at COLDFORM, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. This full-time position is based in Pakenham, VIC 3810 and involves operating various production machinery to ensure the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of our products.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and monitoring press brake and CNC steel laser equipment to manufacture products to specification
• Performing routine maintenance and adjustments to machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Identifying and reporting any issues or malfunctions with equipment
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes

What we're looking for

• Experience operating press brakes and CNC laser equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow instructions
• Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet production demands
• Must be physically fit as some heavy lifting is required
• Able to work Mon-Fri 7am - 3:15pm
