Previous experience in the pool industry is highly regarded, but not essential. We are happy to provide comprehensive on-the-job training to the right candidate.

About Us: Warner Pool and Spa Care is a family owned and operated business on Brisbane's Northside. With three retail stores and a Spa SupaCentre, we specialize in “everything to do with pools and spas” including:

• Pool Service & Maintenance
• Retail Sales and service
• Pool Renovations
• Spas, Swim Spas & Plunge Pools
• & Pool Equipment Repair (On-Site and In-Store Workshop)

Position Overview:

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining swimming pools and spas
• Installation, maintenance and repair of pool equipment
• On-site problem solving and trouble shooting
• Identifying and managing sales opportunities
• Building and nurturing client relationships
• Maintaining the company vehicle and stock levels
• Job reporting and invoicing through our mobile app Service M8
• Following WHS guidelines and Safe Work Practices to ensure a safe working environment at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Well-presented and customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills
• A great work ethic and a reliable team player
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Full manual driver’s license with a clean record
• Police Check Certificate (or willingness to provide one)
