We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a premium portfolio spanning the Eastern Suburbs, and Sydney CBD. This role offers flexibility, with the support of a collaborative team while managing both furnished and unfurnished properties.

About the Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will take ownership of a carefully curated portfolio of properties. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload, enjoy flexible working arrangements, and work alongside a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal occupancy and well-maintained properties, majority apartments.
• Conducting regular property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• Providing exceptional support to landlords and tenants, responding to queries and concerns promptly.
• Handling all aspects of the rental process, including but not limited to marketing, property viewings, applications, and lease agreements.
• Maintaining accurate property records (financials, maintenance, and compliance details)
• Ensuring legal and industry compliance in all aspects of property management.
• Identifying new business opportunities to expand the property portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential property management.
• A self-motivated, proactive approach — we need someone who can take charge and make things happen.
• A proven track record of successfully managing a diverse property portfolio.
• Experience using property management software (Property Tree, Property Me, or similar).
• Good knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs rental markets.
• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License (NSW).
• Strong understanding of property legislation and industry best practices
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Business development skills with experience in growing property portfolios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions with landlords, and tenants.
• Strong time management and organisational skills — multitasking is key in this role.
• A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to address issues before they escalate.
