Summit Smash Toongabbie is expanding and we have a newly created position of Panel Beater available with immediate start. In this role you will be self-motivated and able to work independently of constant manager direction. The position requires you to;

• Repair damaged panels as per job sheet. Pretty simple, right?
• Produce 100% quality – take your time. Let’s get it right once
• Introduce us to new equipment and tools to make life simpler. We both win!
• Note any additional repairs missed on quotes and notify Parts Manager to order parts. It’s how we get paid the right amount.
• Take mid repair photos using iBodyshop on your phone. Don’t panic, Wifi provided
• Come to work happy, be happy and let the boss know ASAP if your not happy. We can't fix what we don’t know.

Summit Smash Toongabbie does work for all insurers and a variety of fleet providers. But whoever we are working for, quality is our game. There is plenty of overtime if you want it, however any overtime is left to your discretion. There is never any pressure.

To be successful in this once in a lifetime opportunity to start your forever job, you will need the following requirements;

• Be able to work in Australia
• Panel beater qualification
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Industry experience
• Attention to detail

Remuneration is completely negotiable and paid dependent on experience and ability.

We offer 3 main work variations of 40 hours per week

1. Normal Monday to Friday hours on wages
2. 4 day week – 3 day weekend every week or work your 5th day on O/T rates. Pick the 4 days you want for the week.
3. Weekend (Friday to Sunday) on contract only
