WHAT YOU BRING:
- Mandatory Mine Site Experience or Equivalent: Proven track record of managing projects on mine sites or similar environments.
- Project Management Skills: Strong experience running projects, managing all aspects of delivery from planning to completion.
- Experience with Solar Projects: Practical experience in the execution and delivery of solar energy projects.
- Microsoft Project Expertise: Proficient in using Microsoft Project for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Exceptional Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled in identifying issues before they arise and finding practical solutions.
- Strong Stakeholder Management: Ability to liaise with clients and key stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Commitment to Safety and Quality: A strong focus on adhering to safety regulations and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

THE BUSINESS & ROLE:

Operating throughout the Pilbara, we serve the commercial, industrial, marine, and mining sectors.
At GWA, we pride ourselves on our reputation for excellence in customer satisfaction, team collaboration, and innovative execution. Your role as Project Engineer will be key to driving the successful delivery of projects, particularly in the renewables and mining sectors.
As an Project Engineer, your role includes but is not limited to:
- Leading and managing the delivery of solar and mine site projects.
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure milestones are met.
- Developing detailed project plans and ensuring safe, efficient execution.
- Providing technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing risk and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor project progress.
- Contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly in mine site and solar projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software
- Relevant certifications and industry-specific qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
