A rare, newly created opportunity has become available to join a stable and consistent sales team with a strong pipeline of work. Given the strong pipeline and culture, this team has displayed strong tenure. Despite the market, they've been able to maintain consistent sales results as well.
Earning Potential: $150K-$200K++
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Wednesday 12pm – 5pm and Saturday – Sunday 11am – 5pm (27 hours for Display Suite, flexibility offered when needed)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales efforts for this prime community for Exclusive Stock, House & Land product through the agent, or for Build-only arrangements, achieving annual sales targets
- Build lasting relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through the process
- Conduct engaging presentations and property tours
- Use CRM to track leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions
- Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful campaigns
- Provide exceptional service, ensuring a seamless experience
To be successful:
- Proven sales experience in Construction, Development, Real Estate or similar industries required
- We welcome Sales experience within property/construction at all levels!
- Confident, approachable, and skilled at building rapport with a wide range of clients
- Experience using CRM systems to track and manage sales leads
- Motivated and self-driven, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- A team player eager to contribute to a fast-paced and growing company
