MOBILE SERVICE TECHNICIAN – MANDURAH AREA

Proudly Australian, with over 45 years in the business, Pirtek specialises in fluid transfer solutions through mobile “onsite” service and replacement of hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings. The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build relationships with a varying range of customers.

We are seeking a motivated person to fill the position of Mobile Service Technician for the Fremantle Service and Supply Centre. Our service territory stretches from Cottesloe to Mandurah but this role will primarily be based in the Mandurah/Pinjarra area and is best suited to applicants who reside nearby. This is a hands-on role where there is travel to sites to replace hoses in a breakdown situation or complete new installation work on a variety of machinery. Applicants must be available for overtime as well as participating in a rotating 24-hour on-call roster (approximately 1 per 4 weeks), reporting to the Operations Manager.

• You’re mechanically minded – able to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices with the now-how to handle on-site or in-house repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics
• Strong communication skills – the ability to build strong relationships both within and outside
• Self-Starter – You know how to manage your time, get things done, and keep accurate records—all while staying efficient and professional.
• Solution-orientated – You thrive on problem solving, whether it’s a quick fix on a breakdown to get the customer going or a preventative measure to stop issues before they happen

Essential Requirements

• Possess a current Manual Driver's Licence (HR Licence preferred)
• Flexibility with working hours, as after-hours availability is required
• MSIC card & White Card or able to provide once employed

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical, which includes Drug and Alcohol Testing
