About the Role
Our client, a prominent Tier 1 telecommunications company, is seeking multiple Business Analysts to join their team and contribute to their credit management operations. This role involves working on areas such as risk, fraud, collections, and recovery, ensuring effective customer management while delivering improvements to billing and payment processes for small to mid-sized projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and address risks and impacts related to billing, credit, bad debt, and recovery.
• Drive process improvements by performing business and system process analyses and designing optimised workflows.
• Ensure data quality by focusing on accuracy, reliability, and validity across data management systems.
• Align strategies to meet both customer expectations and business objectives.
• Manage and deliver projects by preparing documentation, defining project scope, setting schedules, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct in-depth project analysis, including gathering business requirements, preparing scope matrices, drafting use cases/user stories, and proposing future-state solutions.

The successful candidate will bring:

• Proven experience in billing, credit, fraud, and collection systems, with a solid understanding of industry codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with tools such as Cognos, TM1, and Tableau (highly desirable).
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
