As the Team Assistant/ Front of House, you will be the face of the office, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and employees. You will provide high-level reception and administrative support, working closely with the wider operations team to uphold the firm’s exceptional standards.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, fast-paced environments, and delivering outstanding service. You’ll be the go-to person for front-of-house operations, helping to coordinate meetings, support executive assistants, and maintain a polished office environment.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage front-of-house operations, including meeting room coordination and office presentation.
- Provide administrative and team support, including diary management, booking travel, and handling expenses.
- Assist with event coordination and office logistics, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Work closely with Executive Assistants to provide cover and support during peak times.
- Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing post, and maintaining common areas.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any front-of-house or office-related issues proactively.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for an outgoing, polished, and highly organised individual who thrives in a front-facing role. You should be passionate about delivering an exceptional visitor experience, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a structured yet dynamic environment.
- Experience in a front-of-house, reception, or administrative role within a professional services environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience supporting executives or senior leadership teams.
- A background in corporate events or office coordination.
- The ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve proactively.
