Forklift Drivers and Extrusion Operators/Technicians

Applicants are welcome to apply for either a forklift driver and/or extrusion operator technician or both. All applicants for either role must have a current, valid forklift license.

1. Forklift driver / yard person: Full time, day shift, Monday to Friday
2. Extrusion operator/technicians: Full time, night shift, Monday to Thursday

Both roles have an opportunity for paid overtime shifts subject to business requirements

Opportunity 1

We are seeking a forklift driver / yard person to load trucks and other vehicles with our finished pipe products and maintain the stock within our yard areas. This full-time role will work Day Shift, Monday to Friday.

Opportunity 2

We are also seeking extrusion operators / technicians to manufacture pipe and package it ready for shipping to customers. These full-time roles will work Night Shift, Monday to Thursday (finishing Friday morning).

These are permanent positions ideal for motivated individuals eager to make a daily difference in a constantly growing business.

Applicants must hold a valid forklift license and be competent driving a counterbalance forklift, but all other training will be provided.

• Load vehicles safely and effectively to maintain product quality and provide suitable load configurations to allow safe transport to customers
• Ensure customer orders are picked correctly
• Ensure product in the Yard is stored safely and correctly to preserve appearance and minimise damage
• Comply with safety and company requirements including good housekeeping

• Monitoring of equipment and quality control to ensure product meets requirements
• Ensure finished pipe is packaged and labelled correctly
• Start up and shut down manufacturing lines after appropriate training
• Comply with safety and company requirements including good housekeeping

1. Forklift operator / yard person
2. Extrusion operator/technicians

About You

• Current, valid forklift license and competent driving a counterbalance forklift
• Reliable and punctual
• Willing to work and not sit on your phone all day
• A responsible attitude in relation to work quality and safety

Note that successful applicants will need to pass a medical prior to commencing work.
