Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimise our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customising, and maintaining the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with Marketing, Contact Centre, and IT stakeholders to enhance system functionality, improve user experience, and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
• Configuring Salesforce to meet organisational needs, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, campaign templates (Account Engagement within Pardot/Marketing Cloud), and more
• Designing and implementing automation solutions using workflows, process builder, and approval processes to optimise efficiency
• Focus on campaign management in Salesforce to track and report ROI on sales and marketing activities
• Provide user support and training to maximise system efficiency and adoption.
• Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits, data cleansing, and deduplication.
• Creating and maintain templates, detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership and help in data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Overseeing Salesforce releases, test new features, and manage the deployment of updates into production
• Managing user permissions and access levels to safeguard data privacy and ensure system security
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution.
• Work with third-party vendors and integrate Salesforce with other business applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Extensive experience with Salesforce.com, including configuration, customisation, and system management
• A proven ability to map business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to streamline operations
• Experience with data management, validation, and reporting within Salesforce.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, Visualforce, and Workflow Rules.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and access management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with third-party applications and integrations (e.g., AppExchange, APIs) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning interface and customization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, SOQL) is a plus.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced business environment with CRM optimization.
