CELOTTI WORKFORCE are looking for Trade Assistants and Riggers for a Shutdown based in Henderson, WA, and we’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to get hands-on in a busy, fast-paced environment!

The Role:
As a Trade Assistant, you’ll be supporting tradespeople with various tasks, including material preparation, tool management, and general site maintenance. You’ll need to stay proactive, positive, and motivated while ensuring safety and productivity on-site.
As a Rigger, you’ll be responsible for setting up and securing heavy machinery, tools, and materials for lifting and movement. This includes working with cranes, hoists, and other equipment to safely move loads around the site. You’ll need to ensure all rigging is properly secured, conduct safety checks, and assist with the safe and efficient installation and dismantling of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist tradespeople with various tasks on-site
• Prepare materials and tools for upcoming work
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Help the team meet production deadlines and quality standards
• For Riggers: Set up, secure, and inspect rigging equipment for safe lifting and movement of heavy loads
• For Riggers: Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols while operating lifting equipment

What You’ll Need:

• Motivation and a positive attitude
• For Riggers: Intermediate Rigging Ticket
• MSIC card
• Availability to start on the 2nd of March
• Ability to attend in-house Medical & Induction on Thursday or Friday
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork
