Responsibilities:

• Perform physically demanding tasks related to manual labour.
• Inspect boards for defects, damage, and overall quality.
• Sort boards based on size, condition, and usability
• Operate a forklift to transport materials within the facility.
• Operate machinery used in the board sorting and pallet repair processes.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry boards and pallets (up to 20kg)
• Valid forklift license with a proven record of accomplishment of safe operation. (not necessary)
• Previous experience in a physically demanding role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screen
