What will you do?

Management of residential strata buildings.

• Learn how to review, refine, scope, tender, renegotiate and manage the client's suite of preventative maintenance contracts.
• Take responsibility for all building assets including fire, hydraulic, lifts, mechanical, and recreational facilities, to ensure compliance, certifications, safety, and efficient asset operation.
• With delegation to the Concierge or Admin team, coordinate bookings, deliveries, loading dock, moves in and out, resident queries, quotes etc.
• Manage day-to-day operations and reporting using MYBOS and work closely with a great Committee.
• Apply your knowledge and experience, to deliver best practice operations for the building and its assets.

Ideally, you will have

• Experience in the Strata industry.
• Good organisational skills, high standard of written communication, and good initiative.
• Trade qualifications in any discipline will be highly regarded but not essential.
• 1-2 years’ experience in building and facilities management.
• Experience in handling issues involving building issues, administration and communications.
