Educational Leader and Diplomas at Paisley Park Prospect (SA)
Paisley Park Early Learning Centres
Posted 17 days ago
Paisley Park Prospect is a well-established early learning centre in the heart of Prospect, ready to welcome qualified, passionate and experienced Educators to join the team. We are seeking an Educational Leader and Assistant Educators.
The Educational Leader will be responsible for supporting the Educators in implementing high-quality programs at the centre. Working both on and off the floor, the Educational Leader will mentor the team in their daily practices to ensure they are engaged in quality teaching and delivering a program that meets the National Quality Standard, particularly Quality Area 1. We provide time ‘off the floor’ for implementing many tasks requiring focus. However, there is a requirement for the Educational Leader to be engaged with teams across numerous age groups in everyday routines, practices and programs. This means the candidate must be passionate about being present with the team and not merely sitting behind the desk implementing administrative duties.
Assistant Educators will be required to support the implementation of the program that Lead Educators developed in each of our educational rooms. Their everyday tasks are varied; therefore, the position requires significant flexibility and knowledge across age groups.
Paisley Park implements a unique Quality Improvement Program that embeds professional learning in everyday practice. A significant component of our framework is in-house mentoring, which may occur in or outside of hours. The Educational Leader is responsible for supporting the Director in facilitating monthly professional engagement sessions, including preparing presentations and reporting on the progress of improvement to the broader Paisley Park family.
Paisley Park provides many rewards, bonuses, and everyday perks to educators in our family. We encourage you to engage with us in conversation to find out more about what we do for our teams and why.
To be eligible for these roles, you must live in Australia and have experience working with children. You must also have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
