About Us: The Greenscape Collective is a dynamic landscaping company specialising in high-quality landscape construction and maintenance.

We are seeking a professional Landscaper with great technical skills to join our team.

The Role: you will be working on a range of diverse landscaping tasks, helping to build and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces, and ensuring your work is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Construct and maintain garden landscapes, following instructions and plans as needed.

Perform hardscape and softscape tasks, including planting, paving, irrigation and retaining wall installation.

Conduct general gardening duties such as mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding.

Operate and maintain landscaping machinery, equipment and tools.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following workplace safety procedures.

Support your teammates and mentor junior staff as needed.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients, teammates, and business partners.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of landscape garden construction and /or maintenance techniques and materials.

Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Competent in the operation and use of machinery, equipment and tools.

Competent in general landscaping tasks e.g. bricking, blockwork, paving, planting and lawn and plant care.

General trade knowledge e.g. general concreting.

Must be Australian Citizen or have a current working visa.

Preferred (not essential):

Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field.

Trade or Horticulture (or related field) certification is a HUGE plus.

Irrigation system installation and troubleshooting.

Simple carpentry inc. cladding and fencing.
