Kitten D'Amour is a premium clothing brand that has been creating beautiful clothing, shoes, and accessories since 2007.

Based at Kitten D'Amour's Head Office in Capalaba with an option to also work from home, Kitten D'Amour is looking for a creative individual with strong Video and photographic skills to join their team as a Content Creator.

This position is Casual, however, there is room for progression for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and creating engaging content for each of Kitten D'Amour's social media platform and Web Site. You will be working closely with Kitten D'Amour's Social Media Manager and Marketing Team.

You will report to the Social Media Manager and collaborate with the marketing team to align content with marketing strategies and Brand guidelines. Plan, schedule, and oversee the content calendar to ensure the timely delivery of materials and research to stay current on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors.

Create a schedule and create social media content. Monitor engagement metrics, and maintain brand tone across all interactions.

Identify trends to leverage on platforms for increased reach and engagement.

SEO and analytics, conduct keyword research, write SEO content, and optimize existing content.

Work closely with the Graphic Designer to produce multi-media content

The successful applicant will have the following skills.

• The ability to video and edit 4K video content using CapCut.
• Experience using Shopify.
• A very good understanding of how to maximise the impact of all Social Media platforms.
• The ability to work unsupervised.
• The ability to work within agreed time frames.
• A strong creative flare with an eye for detail.
• A strong knowledge of fashion and style, including ‘on brand’ looks with Kitten D'Amour's brand image in mind.
• The ability to assist with Photoshoots.

-A high level of organisation, you must be forward thinking and have the ability to plan ahead to make sure any Social Media posts will result in an increase in revenue.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Creating image and video content.
• Creating a social media plan (with the Social Media Manager) that is 2-3 weeks in advance for relevant content. The goal is to always have something to draw attention and increase revenue while working on the most immediate collections and promotions.
• Maintaining and supervising social media platforms with the Social Media Manager.
• Coordinating content creation between contributing staff members and identifying ‘on brand’ suitable content, as well as giving feedback for improvement.
• A good understanding of Facebook, TikTok & Instagram and how to stay up to date with all platform tools to connect with customers and reach new audiences.
• Assisting with regular photoshoots.
• Taking product shots and making sure that all product shots are of a very high standard.
