Position Overview:

As a casual gardening employee you will assist with various gardening tasks, including planting, weeding, pruning, turf installation and general maintenance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planting, weeding, pruning and maintaining gardens and landscapes.

Help with lawn care, including mowing, edging, fertilising and weed spraying.

Maintain garden tools and equipment in good working condition.

Follow safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and teammates.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality.

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on site.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in gardening, landscaping or Horticulture (or in training) is preferred but not necessary.

Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Ability to follow instructions and work as a part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for gardening.

Valid SA driver's license is a must and must be willing to obtain a Police clearance and working with children check.
