Position Overview:
As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and diagnosis of a diverse range of machinery used in airport operations. This includes tugs, trucks, scissor lifts, and various other equipment essential for the efficient functioning of baggage handling and ground support services.
Requirements:
- Must be a registered and trade qualified Heavy Duty Mechanic
- Prior experience with Vehicle Body Building repairs beneficial
- Ability to pass a comprehensive physical, drug and alcohol medical
- Ability to successfully pass a full criminal background history check
- Willingness to learn and be trained
The successful candidate will have an excellent attitude towards safety, the ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously and be flexible enough to do what is needed to get the job done safely and on time.
