Zenith Payments is a leading provider of innovative payment solutions, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support. We are looking for a dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide our B2B Pay customers with timely, efficient and high level support.
As a B2B Customer Support Specialist at Zenith Payments, you will provide exceptional support to our business clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with their inquiries, resolving issues related to payment processing, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of the customer support team.
Balmain Location. 4 days in office.

Responsibilities:
Skills and Experience
- Provide exceptional customer support to B2B clients via phone and email.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to payment processing, account management, and transaction issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payment systems and software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our payment solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in payment processing and customer support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the payment processing or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B payment processes and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
