About Us

We are a financials services business operating in accounting and finance and are rapidly growing. Our business has expanded significantly, and we’re seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our two Directors in both business and personal administrative tasks.

The Role

As our Executive Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Directors, ensuring seamless daily operations. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate key projects, and handle confidential information with discretion. This role will also include elements of Personal Assistant duties, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and emails for both Directors.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with project coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Handle personal scheduling, including appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with event planning, reservations, and other personal admin.
  • Occasionally manage personal errands for efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of Directors.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by anticipating business needs.
  • Support HR and recruitment-related tasks when required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver at heart. You’ll be the right-hand person to two highly driven business leaders, ensuring they stay focused on strategic growth.

✔️ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
✔️ Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
✔️ Ability to work autonomously and anticipate needs before they arise
