Salesforce Developer – Autonomous Role | Property Compliance Victoria

Who We Are:
Property Compliance Victoria specializes in ensuring rental properties meet essential safety and compliance standards in accordance with Victorian regulations. We partner with property managers and rental providers to facilitate inspections, certifications, and ongoing compliance services in support of rental Minimum Standards legislation. Our mission is to simplify compliance, offering reliable and efficient solutions that protect tenants and landlords alike.

Our Salesforce Journey:

- We have been using salesforce for almost 12 months.
- At the moment we have our organisation connecting with various 3rd parties such as; message media for SMS to renters, Youreka Forms, SDOCS Pdf generator.
- We have multiple dashboards set up for various departments such as, sales, finance, bookings team, however these are really in their infancy and we wish to develop these further.
- We have some custom areas which are amazing to support our sales team and this would also require further development and fine tuning.
- We have an area/SF app in which we run our bookings team which works well however it does require fine tuning and development.
- We run our trades our of Field Service scheduling. We wish to develop this further and build scheduling optimisation and automation using the Golden Appointment Scheduler Button and also automatic Gantt scheduling.
- We hope to create a client portal where our agencies can log in and view the properties under our compliance management
- We have membership to the salesforce success portal so this will assist you in having SF development support
- We also recognise you may need time to develop your skills and learn using trail head which we would fully support.
- We hope to create additional automation and expand our current service model using your expertise
- We are in the process of documenting training manuals in our website so that the staff at PCV can learn from you and have resources to problem solve common issues that you solve. This is to ensure that once you show us how to fix a problem we can follow those steps at any time in the future. This is important so that you can focus on building and designing rather than becoming IT support.

Key Responsibilities will include

• Dashboards and reports - Assist in the creation and customisation of dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain flows and automations.
• Work with trailhead for personal development and the development of internal departments.
• Business Rules - Assist in the development and implementation of business rules to enhance workflow efficiency and automate processes.
• Documentation - Maintain thorough documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations for reference and compliance purposes.
• User Adoption - providing support and training to users around functionality and purpose
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing, developing and implementing Salesforce solutions – understanding of Salesforce development best practice (minimum 2 years).
• Proven competency in development and testing standards ensuring the delivery of high quality solutions.
• Experience developing applications in support of in-field service scheduling and management teams is a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Previous experience working closely with Sales and Field Service teams.
• Ability to make the technology drive productive decision making, workplace activity and business results.
