We’re looking for a bright, driven warehouse worker to help with the pick-packing of orders and also assist with customer service duties. Successful applicants should thrive in a fast-paced workplace and be able to analyse and resolve various complex issues.

We are an online retail business that sells boots, workwear, and outdoor apparel. We sell direct to consumers, and we’re driven to provide great service and quality products.

Roles include

• Unpacking deliveries
• Routine stock-takes
• General warehousing duties
• Customer service; through phone calls and assisting walk-in customers

Necessary Skills & Experience

• A minimum 1-year experience in any; warehousing, customer service or similar type role
• Strong computer skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise time
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (essential)
• Physically fit, as work will involve lifting and moving heavy cartons
• Being confident using ladders

Hours

• Full Time
• Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (Monday start 8:30am)
