About the role

Join Morgan Concrete Pumping as a Concrete Boom Pump Operator. In this full-time role based in Rouse Hill, NSW, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality concrete pumping services to our clients in the civil construction industry. Your expertise in operating concrete boom pumps will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of concrete on job sites.

What you'll be doing

• Safely and skilfully operate concrete boom pumps to pump concrete to various heights and locations on construction sites
• Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance on concrete boom pumps to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with site managers and construction crews to coordinate the efficient delivery of concrete
• Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our concrete pumping operations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Concrete Boom Pump Operator in the construction industry
• Hold a valid HR or HC driver's license and a current High Risk Work License for Concrete Placing Booms
• Excellent understanding of concrete pumping equipment and techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with construction crews
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocols
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing job site conditions
