Your Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries through inbound calls with precision and speed.
  • Safeguard customer information by maintaining confidentiality.

  • Navigate various systems to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory security standards.
