Allied Health Physiotherapist (Contractor Role: Part Time), Male Or Female

Location: Melbourne’s Outer South West, Melton
About Us: Precise Physio & Rehab is operating at a Multidisciplinary busy GP clinic and is dedicated to delivering top-notch physiotherapy services through in-clinic consultations at Melton. Melton is considered as one of the busiest and rapidly growing suburbs in Victoria with progressive populations growth and in high demands for Clinical Services. We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Physiotherapist to join our team on a Part time Contractor basis.

Role Overview:

As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to work in the clinic settings at our modern multi-disciplinary clinic. You will be responsible for providing personalized Physiotherapy care and contributing to patient outcomes. Caseloads will vary from Musculoskeletal, Sports injuries, Post Surgical rehab, Care plans (EPC) referrals from inhouse GPs, with professional care using manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation to ensure long term resolution of injury and improved health.

The role is Ideal for the candidate already engaged in part time work or requires flexibility with their time and looking for a supplement to their income. Commence immediately if your schedule fits in with existing clients.
New graduates are welcome as proper professional guidance and support will be provided along the way by our experienced therapists.
Saturday availability, any hours preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions and educate patients and families.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals (referring GPs and other Allied Health professionals) to enhance patient care.

Requirements:

Relevant AHPRA Physiotherapy and Podiatrist degree and AHPRA professional registration, own Professional Liability insurance and ABN.
To have a current National Police and Working with Children Check or willing to apply
To complete a NDIS Worker Screening Check or Willing to apply.
To have a current Australian Drivers License and operational vehicle.
For Physiotherapists: Experience in Manual therapy, Dry needling is preferred.
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care.
