About the role

MCQ is seeking a skilled Playground Installer & Landscaper to join our team on a casual basis. You will be responsible for the installation of playgrounds and landscaping features across our construction projects in schools and parks all over Brisbane, gold coast and other areas of QLD and sometimes into NSW. (Please note we are not based in Marsden)

What you'll be doing

• Safely install and assemble playground equipment to industry standards
• Prepare and lay soft fall surfaces such as rubber base and mulch
• Undertake landscaping tasks including laying turf, concrete kerbing and concreting.
• Maintain and repair playground equipment and landscaping features
• Collaborate with the construction team to deliver high-quality projects
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations
• Travel around Queensland and into NSW on occasions - Accomodation, meals and allowance included.

What we're looking for

• Experience in playground installation and/or landscaping
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations
• A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
• Bluecard will be required to go into schools.
