At Lives Lived Well, we’ve been treating and supporting young people and adults whose lives are affected by alcohol and other drugs for over 50 years. We also support people with mental health and gambling concerns and those transitioning from correctional centres.
About the Program
Join one of our newest programs in one of our fasted growing service portfolios! Support services for people with mental health concerns in Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs) aims to enhance the quality of life for older people through improved access to primary mental health care within a person-centred stepped care approach.

Our services will target residents with a diagnosed mental illness or those who are assessed as at risk of developing mental ill-health. This is a hugely rewarding role where you can make a visible, lasting impact and improve someone’s quality of life. The program is led by a compassionate, curious, and non-judgemental leader, passionate about supporting staff and asking, ‘why not, and what’s next?’
