Brunel are proud to partner with our client who are looking to add a Full Time, Permanent Site Manager to their team. This role has opened due to an increase in project load throughout 2025.
This client are long standing in the QLD construction industry known for their work delivering complex Commercial and Industrial projects with average values ranging from $20m - $70m.

The initial project will be an Industrial Build in Inner North Brisbane valued at around $15m+.
Description
As a leader, you will manage the site team and trade partners while collaborating with the CA and Project Manager on builds.
Key responsibilities include program management, client and stakeholder liaison, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will lead to meet project timelines, mitigate risks with solutions-focused strategies, and report on health and safety, quality, cost control, and budget performance.
Subcontractor management, adherence to construction policies and codes, and achieving project KPIs are critical. Additionally, you will coach your team, facilitate toolbox and site meetings, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
Profile
Requirements:
- QBCC Site Supervisor license (Preferred)
- 5 - 10+ years experience working as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor Builder or Developer (Required)
- Exposure managing Commercial Construction Projects from $15m+ (Required)
- Trade qualified
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced settings.
