About Us: We are an online-based tutoring company specializing in one-on-one personalized virtual teaching, with over 250 teachers registered. We cater to a broad range of students, from Australian local students to international students, from primary level to Year 12. Our comprehensive range of programs includes Year 11-12 exam preparation for VCE, WACE, QCE, and SACE, Year 1-10 English Writing and Reading, Maths, Sciences, Scholarship and Selective Entry school exams, as well as International Programs such as IB, A Level, SAT and AP.

Position: Online Native/Bilingual One-on-one Year 1-10 English Teachers

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional teachers to join us for the following areas:

Primary and Secondary School

• English Writing and Reading (Year 1-10)
• Literature Studies (Year 7-10, Year11&12)

Our students include Australia born students with English as their first language or as their additional language (EAL), as well as international students from China.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one sessions to students.
• Assist students with understanding subject material, homework and exam preparation.
• Follow customized lesson plans to meet individual student needs.
• Track and report student progress.
• Offer motivational support and academic guidance.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker, or bilingual with high proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• A degree in teaching or education (highly advantageous but not essential).
• Experience teaching in local schools is a strong advantage.
• Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
• Patient and understanding, especially with young learners.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in English and Literature.
