Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an Electrician who has a strong work ethic, a passion for high-quality work, and the ability to lead by example. If you enjoy taking ownership of a project from start to finish and have experience with high-end residential and small commercial builds, we want you on our team. You’ll be working with builders and architects, so attention to detail and a commitment to top-notch results are essential.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Personable, approachable, and eager to learn and teach
• Comfortable having tough conversations when necessary
• Takes immense pride in their work and delivers excellent results
• Has a positive, can-do attitude and can manage teams and projects effectively
• Has experience with high-end or architectural residential builds

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Victorian A-Grade Electrical License
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a fully qualified tradesperson
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Proven experience in managing teams and projects
• Construction Industry Training Card

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience with high-end or architectural homes
• Familiarity with Aroflo job management software
• Knowledge of smart home automation systems
• Working at Heights qualification
• Manual driver’s license
• Understanding of small business operations
