AHL Legal, a prestigious and well-established Chinese-Australian law firm with 30+years of expertise, as we expand into Sydney and Melbourne, we seek a Business Development & Marketing Specialist to drive growth and strengthen our community ties.

Key Responsibilities:

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

- Handle inbound calls/emails from Chinese-Australian clients.
- Coordinate with Shanghai team for cross-border inquiries.

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

- Daily check-in with Managing Partner.
- Weekly strategy call with Shanghai team.

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

- Networking meetings (lunches, coffee chats).
- Follow up on partnership leads.

Business Development (60%)

• Client Acquisition: Convert 15+ leads/month into consultations (Legal matters).
• Referral Partnerships: Secure 3+ new partners/quarter (real estate agents, accountants).
• Networking: Attend min 1 events/week (Chamber of Commerce, cultural festivals).

Marketing Coordination (40%)

• Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist on WeChat/LinkedIn campaigns.
• Draft client success stories and case studies (English/Chinese).
• Track KPIs (leads, conversions) using Clio Grow and report weekly.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in business development/marketing (legal, real estate, or professional services).
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (written/spoken).
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Clio Grow, HubSpot).
• Availability for in-office hours (9 AM–12 PM, 5 days/week).
