This represents an extremely rare opportunity to join an impressive accounting firm based in Brisbane. This has an excellent reputation in the industry.

POSITION

The position of Business Services Partner has been created due to internal restructuring and rapid growth.

Working alongside a team of motivated Partners, the role will involve:

• Day to day operations of the firm
• New Business Development
• High level Tax advisory, compliance and consulting
• Client relationship management (Circa $1.5m in fees)
• Training, mentoring and developing the team

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA
• 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice within reputable firms (Ideally Big 4, Mid Tier or Top 50)
• The ability to bring over a client base would be highly desirable
• Excellent technical tax ability
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a Partner
• Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Stable employment history from reputable firms
• Full working rights (no sponsorship provided)
