About the role
My client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented A3 Building Certifier to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of building certification processes and be able to work independently, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Issue Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, and Occupation Certificates
* Conduct site inspections and client meetings
* Provide expert building compliance advice
* Investigate and resolve customer requests
* Contribute to business improvement strategies and attend industry events

Skills & Experience
* Diploma in Building Surveying, Bachelor in Construction Management, or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 5 years industry experience assessing and determining certificates for Class 1 & 10 buildings
*Current A3 accreditation
*Construction Induction Card & current driver's licence
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
