About the role:
We are currently seeking a Psychologist to join our multi-disciplinary Adelaide team
- We are looking for a highly motivated Psychologist that thrives on working independently and has the drive to help and grow a team
- You must understand evidence based best practice to delivering service to our clients
- Previous history of working with children is preferable but not essential. You will have a mixed case load of all ages
- KPI's are secondary to providing exceptional healthcare, however you will also understand their importance and consistently work towards achieving them

- We have Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings on a weekly basis
Requirements:
- AHPRA Registered Psychologist (full or provisional registration)
- NDIS experience and understanding is preferable but not essential
- A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
- Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with referrers such as support coordinators and other networks as well as being able to demonstrate and validate those sources
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution
- Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
- Other qualifications specific to disability will be regarded as highly desirable
