CLUB MANAGER

Key responsibilities:

• Management of club staff and team culture
• Overlook Personal Trainers within club
• Management of Club Operations
• Servicing potential and new members
• Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day
• Making the club fun and enjoyable for the team and all club members
• Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Promotion of the club within the local community
• Driving marketing and advertising campaigns

Successful candidate will need:

• Strong and critical for excellent customer service
• Self-motivation, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
• Proactive – offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management
• Leadership – take initiative and responsibility
• Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
• Previous sales skills are essential
