About the Role – Salesperson
JAX Tyres & Auto – Tweed Heads has a rare opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and customer service to join our team as a salesperson
In this role, you will be providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience, guiding them to a decision that best meets their wants and needs, assisting in the workshop/front of house and working closely with the franchisee.
You will be working in a well-equipped and organised workshop, closely alongside your team to deliver an industry leading level of customer service.
Your day-to-day tasks would include.
- Greeting customers
- Communications with customer understanding their needs.
- Identifying sales opportunities and promoting specials.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Administrative duties
- Communicating with your team.
- Liaising with all staff on current and upcoming jobs bookings
- Handling and processing payments.
- Maintaining sales, receipts, bookings, and stock records
About you
- 2 + years’ experience working as a salesperson in an automotive workshop or retail shop.
- Strong automotive product knowledge
- Driven and Pro - active approach to sales
- Passion and drive to exceed stores targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Natural possession of leadership skills.
- MUST be available Saturdays (8am to Midday) rotating roster.
