About the role

Belso Group Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Tradesmans, Plasterers & Carpenters to join our team in Geebung, QLD. As a Tradesman, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of building and construction tasks, with a focus on plastering and carpentry. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects within the building and construction industry.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and finishing plasterboard and other wall/ceiling surfaces
• Performing carpentry tasks including framing, installation of doors and windows, and general finishing work
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Collaborating with other trades to ensure efficient project delivery
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
• Providing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service

What we're looking for

• Formal trade qualification in plastering and/or carpentry
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Tradesman in the building and construction industry
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Familiarity with building materials, equipment, and industry best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
