My client is one of Hunter Valley & Newcastle busiest Electrical Contractors, specializing in all aspects of various trades, from Electrical, Mechanical & fabrication, all across mining, heavy Industrial & manufacturing / maintenance facilities & projects. I'm currently looking for multiple tradesmen for a large-scale project in the Newcastle area 5-10 mins from the CBD. I am seeking skilled and motivated NSW Licensed Electricians with the below qualifications & skill-set.

Ideally you are well versed in industrial preventative maintenance & have the below covered :

• NSW Electrical License (100% required)
• Proven experience in Mining & or industrial works
• EEHA (Electrical equipment for hazardous areas)
• Working at heights (Not essential)
• EWP - over 11m (Not essential)
• Confined space (Not essential)
• CPR/LVR (100% required)
• PLC experienced would be great !
• Ability to read & understand Schematics & diagrams is a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work at a steady pace but maintaining quality work

Benefits:

• Competitive full time pay rate: starting @ $47 per hour (DOE) going up to $52+ / hr (Full time)
• Full 1.5x & 2x penalty rates on the above
• Daily travel & fares allowances
• Full time benefits / allowances
• Loads of local consistent work Monday - Friday & plenty of weekly OT
