We are seeking a full-time Senior Family Lawyer who can confidently navigate simple and complex family law matters with care and competence.

What You Will Do

• Provide end-to-end management of a diverse range of family law matters, providing clear, strategic, and effective solutions.
• Deal with clients directly, building strong relationships as you go, with demonstrated compassion.
• Mentor, manage, and delegate tasks to junior lawyers.
• Engage in business development activities, expanding our firm's reach and strengthening our market presence.

Who we are looking for

The person we are looking for:

• Is at least 5 years PQE and has practiced in family law for not less than 50% of full-time practice for the last 3 years.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to be genuinely empathetic to our clients.
• To be able to manage time and prioritise work tasks effectively.
• To be accountable, enthusiastic and integral in everything you do.
• An intimate knowledge of Office 365, Actionstep, NetDocuments, and ChatGPT.
• Exceptional English proficiency and client communication skills, both written and verbal.
