This is a fantastic entry-level leasing opportunity for someone with a great attitude and a passion for starting a career in real estate. No prior real estate experience is necessary, as training and support will be provided.

Tasks and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Conducting open for inspections
• Communicating with tenants
• Managing tenant enquiries
• Processing applications
• Assisting with administrational tasks
• Monday to Friday & Saturdays for Opens
• Opportunity to progress in your career, this role is available due to an internal promotion!

Salary up to $65K+Super (depending on experience)

About You:

• Previous customer service experience or
• Real estate experience highly regarded
• Excellent communication and written skills
• A current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
• Experience with Property Management software (e.g, RP Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree, or Reapit) is beneficial, but not essential
• A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the industry
• Corporate attire required
