We’re on the lookout for a Design Centre Supervisor who specializes in kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries—a creative leader ready to inspire, design, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

Bring Showrooms to Life: Plan, design, and maintain an eye-catching showroom that seamlessly transitions from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes delivered on schedule.
Design Dreams for Clients: Guide customers in selecting and designing stunning kitchen, bathroom, and laundry projects that turn ideas into reality.
Project Management Pro: Develop captivating concepts, layouts, and finish schedules for client approval. Accurately prepare documentation for suppliers and manage quotes and orders with precision.
Deliver Excellence: Organize and oversee timely deliveries while building strong relationships through on-site visits with clients and supplier

Collaborate & Negotiate: Liaise with suppliers, negotiate trading agreements, and ensure smooth coordination for seamless project execution.

Marketing & Sales Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Success: Meet and exceed sales targets by converting potential projects into wins.
Lead Marketing Efforts: Manage engaging marketing programs, from local advertising to social media campaigns, EDMs, and website content—all while staying within budget.
Strategic Reporting: Provide weekly reports on quotes, orders, and upcoming projects while maintaining an up-to-date customer database in line with privacy policies.
Stay Ahead of the Game: Oversee IHG promotional activities and ensure marketing materials are always fresh and relevant.

Showroom Leadership & Operations:
Set the Industry Standard: Keep the showroom presentation impeccable, ensuring product displays inspire and captivate.
Operational Excellence: Implement efficient processes and procedures, ensuring smooth and safe showroom operations.
Team Leadership: Manage staff and rosters to guarantee the right support at all times, and lead motivating weekly meetings with the Business Development Manager.

-Certified in, or experience in design specifically in kitchens, bathrooms and laundries
