We are an innovative family-based company on the Brisbane Northside, who build and install customised lithium batteries, dual battery systems, and lithium battery upgrades for a range of 4WD, camping and caravanning enthusiasts, as well as trades and remote mobile businesses.

About the Roles:

Custom Lithium are looking for several professional, motivated and experienced installers to join our growing team immediately.

If you are an experienced installer and passionate about all aspects of camping or off-grid adventures, this job could be for you!

The primary responsibility of this role is to install high quality 12v systems including our custom batteries, within our installation department, into our client vehicles.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Interpret 12volt designs and client requirements.
• Provide tailored advice and solutions to clients.
• Take pride in workmanship and deliver high quality 12v installations into client vehicles - 12volt accessories, dual battery systems, battery upgrades, uses and installations such as 4WD’s, Caravans, etc.
• Develop and build relationships with our trade and retail customers.
• Maintain a safe working environment.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Experience in 12volt battery system installations
• Experience in utilizing hand and power tools
• Ability to interpret diagrams
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• 240v knowledge is a bonus (desired but no essential)
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
