Location: Bathurst and Orange

We provide services all over the Orange and Bathurst area.

THE ROLE

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be part of an experienced and dedicated team helping to create a professional and supportive care experience for our Aged Care and NDIS customers in their homes. You will provide clinical leadership and education for staff, which includes Support Coordinators, Enrolled Nurses and Lifestyle Support Workers. You will provide holistic in-home nursing care and follow and develop client care plans, conducting assessments and responding in a timely manner to clients' changing health care needs.

The right person for the role will have:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Experience in providing community nursing care for Aged Care and NDIS customers (desirable)
• NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Completion of mandatory NDIS Workers Orientation Module (or willing to complete)
• Evidence of COVID Vaccinations or a valid exemption
• Qualification in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support or similar

This is a part time role approx. 5-8 hours per week in Orange but could lead to full time work. There is an opportunity for Causal employment in the Bathurst area. This role would be perfect for someone looking for school hours employment.
