About the role

Rococo Hair Lounge is seeking a talented and qualified Hairdresser to join our dynamic team in Ballarat, VIC. We have a position available for a full-time Qualified Hairdresser and an opportunity for rent a chair position. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair styling services to our diverse clientele. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing, client-focused business in the hair and beauty industry.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a wide range of hairstyling services including cuts, colours, treatments and styling to meet the individual needs of each client
• Advising clients on the latest hair trends, techniques and product recommendations to enhance their look
• Maintaining a high level of technical skill and expertise in all areas of hairdressing
• Ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all clients
• Assisting with salon operations and contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

• Formal hairdressing qualifications and experience working in a salon environment
• Strong technical hairdressing skills with the ability to perform a variety of hair services
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele
• A creative flair and passion for the latest hair trends and styling techniques
• Time management and organisational abilities
• A positive, friendly and team-oriented attitude
